Visiting Our School
The first step in our admissions process is to book a consultation tour. You can choose to book this through our online form on the main page of our website, or you can call into the school to book your tour. Once submitted you will be contacted within 24 hours. You may also choose to book a tour during one of our open houses.

During your consultation tour, you will receive a walk through of our curriculum and educational philosophy. The admissions process is designed to help you learn as much as possible about our school and to allow us to become better acquainted with you and your child. We know that finding the right school for your child can be challenging and is one of the most important decisions you will make, and we wish to make your experience with us as simple and graceful as possible. Prior to your visit with us, we recommend you think of questions which are of importance to you regarding your child. We are committed that you leave your tour having all of your questions answered, so please do bring with you any specific questions you may have pertaining to your child.

Application Procedure
After having your one on one consultation tour, you will be provided with a detailed enrollment package. This will include your application form as well as all necessary paperwork required to get you started with the application process. Applications must be submitted to the office with a one time initial Application Fee of $200.00. We have conveniently set up a payment process online for those families who wish to submit their application fee in this way.

To successfully begin processing your application, please ensure you submit your application form and payment together. To complete your application process, we require post-dated cheques for the school year dated the 1st of each month. You may also choose an auto charge method from your Credit Card if you wish. Please refer to our payment plan options in your application package for further details.


Admission into our Casa program is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for current students and their siblings is open prior to “Public Registration”. Returning and former students, siblings and those children who have been enrolled in other accredited Montessori schools have priority over new admissions. We aim to balance the enrollment in each class based on age and gender.

Children enrolling into our Lower Elementary program, may be asked to come in for an assessment/interview with our Elementary teacher.

Our Programs fill up quickly, therefore all applications will be placed on a wait list in the order they are received. Families will be contacted once an opening is available.
